Description

Durathor is a stocky, powerful figure standing 7 feet tall with skin like polished granite. His beard is made of metallic crystals, and his eyes glow like forge fires. His hands are marked with perfectly geometric calluses, and he carries tools that reshape reality itself.

Patient and perfectionist, Durathor believes in doing things right the first time. His voice resonates like hammer on anvil. He takes pride in teaching crafting skills but demands dedication from students.

The Twin Crafters

Durathor and Hephar represent the two approaches to creation. Where Durathor embodies patience, precision, and tradition, Hephar embraces innovation, chaos, and experimentation. Together, they show that creation requires both discipline and inspiration.

Their relationship is one of respectful competition - Durathor's methodical perfection contrasts with Hephar's chaotic genius, but both recognize the value in the other's approach.

Divine Purpose

Durathor works in a massive forge at the heart of the greatest mountain. He creates divine artifacts and teaches the sacred art of crafting to worthy followers. Every masterwork ever created carries some echo of his blessing.

His temples are forges and workshops where the mysteries of creation are taught. The Dwarves consider him their primary patron, and his teachings form the foundation of their crafting traditions. His blessing is sought for all significant works of creation.
