Biography

Garosh is a half-orc warrior — heavily muscled by human standards, but lean and compact against the measure of his full-blooded kin. Among the Thrak'zar clan he was known as the runt, excluded from war parties and met with open ridicule. The exclusion stung most because he believed in the system rejecting him. He trained harder than any of them, sharpened himself against whatever the wilderness offered, and eventually proved his worth in the only way that counted — alone, on his own terms.

His defining moment came when he tracked and defeated a gang of grimloks by himself, freeing the human captives rather than delivering them to the clan as slaves. The victory was dismissed and the mercy condemned. He accepted the clan's judgment in silence and left shortly after — not in anger, but with the quiet certainty that he was done.

He traveled south into the Horadric tribal lands and eventually earned a place among the Iron Hoof, a minotaur tribe whose warriors taught him their wrestling tradition and a warrior's code built on honor as much as strength. The Iron Hoof were bigger, stronger, and matched orcs in battle as often as they beat them — a truth Garosh filed away and has never quite made peace with. He left with their blessing and spent years wandering the southern reaches of the Empire of the Golden Dawn before his path crossed with The Mischief & Marmalade Party.

Notable Achievements

Garosh earned entry into the Iron Hoof minotaur tribe through unarmed combat — a rare distinction for any outsider, and nearly unheard of for someone of his size. He trained under their wrestling tradition for years, mastering a system built on leverage and body control that transformed his smaller frame from a liability into a weapon.

His solitary journey from the Horadric tribal lands through the length of the Empire of the Golden Dawn stands as a quiet testament to his capability. He crossed hostile and unfamiliar territory entirely alone, relying on skills built over a lifetime of being overlooked and having to figure things out for himself.
